Inspired Residential is fully licensed which means you have peace of mind. The team is lead by Mark Vella, a licensed builder and the owner and director who has over 10 years building experience.

Mark knows only too well that some building companies are only interested in how many homes they can build in a year. Mark has worked for a large scale builder which involved supervising the construction of up to 20 homes at a time. And whilst the experience was invaluable and helped him hone his project management skills, attention to detail and technical expertise it also sparked in him a desire to create a building company that focussed on building quality homes at a good price.

Mark knows how much a home means to those who live in it. Creating family memories that will last a lifetime. He also knows that the home building experience will be remembered forever, so he makes sure that families remember impressive service and proactive communication along the way.

Our products, materials and workmanship are superior to those of major project home builders. We are not willing to compromise the quality of our homes in order to produce the cheapest product. We believe in quality and not quantity and our customers are people not numbers.

We’re actually happy to makes changes for you – even during construction.
This is an evolution in the building industry. Project home builders especially don’t like making changes before the construction let alone during construction. We’re happy to make minor changes (without charge) to the floor plan during construction (conditions apply)

The Colyton St Clair Chiefs Baseball Club was established in 1984 by a number of players who had decided that the local competition was now strong enough to support another club.

Since then the club has grown and occupied a new baseball complex in the 1990’s called Samuel Marsden reserve in Orchard Hills.

We play in the local Greater Western baseball association for Junior age groups and Seniors play in the Sydney Metro league. Juniors can start as young as 4 years old and seniors have grades ranging from 1st grade down to H grade.
